Multi-Leveled scratch card authentication for system access. This component handles both admissions and registration processes. It is designed to manage all student data from the time of application to the institution thru graduation and post graduate studies.
Verifiable Course Registration, Accommodation and Admissions Forms. All forms printed via your portal contain a unique identification number that can be used to confirm the type of form, date printed and individual who printed the form.
Running CGPA System which is tied to the administration system.
The administration system provides the administration with the ability to enter and record student scores on a course by course basis while the student portal allows the students to use their secured logins to check their personal results and accommodation application status.
The ability of the student portal to allow the students to submit electronic accommodation applications as well as print the paper version for manual submission provides the institution with the ability to follow the standard manual process or log into their administrative portal and assign accommodations electronically.
The Administrative portal is a self contained system which allows for the easy management of dynamic components which can be plugged into existing websites or integrated into new website simply. The fact that this portal is self contained means that it provides you with all the necessary tools to create, delete and maintain access privileges for users in the system. The use of personal logins allows the system to track what is done and who did it. While the completely customizable access privilege assignment system insures that an individual will not have access to unauthorized sub-systems.
These swappable dynamic components which are available for utilization include news and event display systems, advertisement management system, newsletter and broadcast communication management system.
Finally the portal account system is a very robust and flexible system. This system was designed to allow deployment architectures ranging from an automated Bursary department, which allows the Student Records Management System to be aware of tuition payments, all the way to setup and management of prepaid remote payment facilities. These prepaid remote payment facilities deposit money into the institution portal account and draw down on that deposit to load monies into the individual student accounts. Once the student account is loaded, the student uses the student portal to pay for tuition and other school related functions that are managed by the Student Records Management System.
